The rooms should be refurbished. The rooms are old but not dirty. The first room given (406), the air conditioner does not work and WC was problem because you can not sit down on that. The street is very alive but too noisy. I do not recommend for a family who has a baby. WiFi is only for reception…

Outdoor security guard are not very professionnel but barmen are top notch and very friendly. Tapas is ok and prices are good. Come to sfax and enjoy
