Very slow service and unprofessional staff. They made numerous mistakes, including three times on my email address. I paid for access to the app, but never received it. A truly disappointing bank. IF THERE IS ZERO I GIVE THEM ZERO
No phone line is answered for filing a complaint; you have to go there in person. What a terrible bank!
Be careful, the agency has no connection to the two locations. They'll make things difficult for you because the agency staff forgets all day and doesn't answer the phone.
